Great apartment complex! I always appreciate great snow removal and lawn care services! The management and crews that work on site are very friendly. Laundry on site is awesome! Kinda expensive but it’s a mountain town so it’s expected. Happy shredding!! 🤙

I have lived at many different spots in Jackson and this is by far the best place I’ve ever lived. The snow removal is by far the best it’s ever been and the landscaping here is beautiful. The staff here is super friendly as well. It’s a bit expensive but such is to be expected living in Jackson.

We had this crazy delivery situation during our latest storm where the delivery driver left our new bed frame in an open parking space in the parking lot. Without hesitation, Zeke made himself available and came to help us get the package inside safe and sound. Could not be more grateful for his help!

There are very few nice things I have to say about Blair Place, but the one nice thing I can say is that Zeke, the carpenter, is simply wonderful. He has been professional, responsive, respectful, and diligent about fixing all the little things that need fixed. Without his expertise, Blair would be in shambles. The manager Jeremiah is awesome and has always helped when needed. But really the grounds and property is what sets this place apart, you don't feel like you're on top of each other and there is so much land to run around on with dogs and beautiful trees! Could you find a cheaper place? Maybe but if you moved to Jackson to experience nature, all you need to do is step out the front door or onto your deck

This is a great place to live! We love the location and the open courtyards. Everything is well maintained. The staff is super friendly and responsive and this new management company has been super easy to work with. The improvements made with the snow removal this season is also the best I’ve seen as a resident of 6 years. Keep up the good work!

In my 6th year of living here. The staff is quite superior to elsewhere I've lived. Some pet friendly units, rare for Jackson. This place hands-down has the best grounds. Maintenance is handled quickly and easily. The rent is, well, Jackson. That being said, of the three largest complexes in town, this is actually the cheaper of the three. And being a complex, you don't have that worry of neither distance commuting nor having your rental being sold out and you forced to quickly move, something quite common here in Jackson.
