Great apartment complex! I always appreciate great snow removal and lawn care services! The management and crews that work on site are very friendly. Laundry on site is awesome! Kinda expensive but it’s a mountain town so it’s expected. Happy shredding!! 🤙

I have lived at many different spots in Jackson and this is by far the best place I’ve ever lived. The snow removal is by far the best it’s ever been and the landscaping here is beautiful. The staff here is super friendly as well. It’s a bit expensive but such is to be expected living in Jackson.

Zeke was a huge help when I first moved in! No issues since.

Management and front office team are amazing!

Zeke came by to fix our towel racks in the apartment and not only was he quick and efficient but offered to fix something that I hadn’t even noticed! He was very nice and offered great service.

I have lived at Blair for over six years. Buildings are nice and the staff are friendly and professional. Especially whenever I deal with Maria in the office and Zeke in maintenance.

A Fella named Zeke came by and helped me out with some plumbing problems and was super helpful! Makes me happy to live in such a good complex!

We had this crazy delivery situation during our latest storm where the delivery driver left our new bed frame in an open parking space in the parking lot. Without hesitation, Zeke made himself available and came to help us get the package inside safe and sound. Could not be more grateful for his help!

Great place to live! Modern style apartment and beautiful landscape. Maintenance is on top of it too! My water heater was leaking and Zeke fixed it within an hour. No hassle

Overall living here has been one of the best experiences that I have had with an apartment community. The grounds are always clean and taken care of, the front office is responsive, and maintenance is courteous and professional. I definitely recommend Blair Place for anyone looking for housing in Jackson!
